PARKSTONE was founded in 2017 to provide business owners an alternative to traditional private equity and being acquired. We invest in businesses where an owner wants to CONTINUE GROWING, and is ready for outside help (in the form of capital and operating expertise) to achieve their company’s FULL POTENTIAL.
Our approach is straightforward: together as PARTNERS we develop a shared vision and operating plan that defines what our partnership will aim to accomplish. Parkstone’s responsibility is to provide STRATEGIC GUIDANCE, hands-on resources, and capital to support management in delivering the plan.
